Atwood Restaurant Backyard Destination

PROJECT OVERVIEW: Our clients recently renovated a storefront located along Madison’s city bike path on busy Atwood Ave. They turned to us to revamp the tired backyard dining area . The goal was to create a fun and inviting community destination. Major tasks of the project required the mitigation of storm water, new steps from the bike path, screening the neighboring parking area, and functional hard-surfaces. The final design included large fieldstone outcropping to offer auxiliary seating, synthetic turf, gabion baskets and a large gas fire pit. The project features paving materials and Estate Wall Blocks, Treo pavers and Holland Premier pavers all from Unilock, a Firegear burner, privacy fencing from Perimtec, and artificial turf from ChiTurf.
